#4 Climb Up a Water Tower

Well when you are a kid the first really cool thing you realize is trucks and water towers(who isn't obsessed with big towers holding water). Well these past years I have discovered that they all have rungs you can climb on; so lets find out whats in it by climbing one. Sounds like fun doesn't it.
