#13- Kick-Off The Summer With Pure Awesomeness/ Completion Record

Since the time for our summer break from school came, we've done a few things weren't worthy for their own list item, but still worthy for the Djibouti List, so I came up with this.

Walk To A Windmill- This would have been worthy of it's own personal spot on the list, but we didn't actually go as far as we would have liked to. On our Father and Son's Campout, some of the older boys and I hiked through woods and a ways up the highway out in the middle of farmland fairly late in the evening in order to touch a windmill. I'm talking about the big white windmills used to generate electricity in the wind farms. We got up to the point where a sign warned all trespassers, so we turned back. The fun part is when we dove into bushes whenever a car came by.

Pull Into Your Friends Garage- On our way home from church, we followed the Goodman's car since they live near us. When we got near the street my family lives on, the Goodmans turned their. They drove down the middle of the street so we couldn't pass them. As we approached our driveway, my mom opened the garage door and the Goodmans turned onto our driveway and pulled into the garage. The only thing extreme about it was that it was extremely funny.

Masking Tape Someone To A Wall- Just now, we masking taped Brandon to a wall. We used tape that Ryan had leftover from the school year. This was a good time to do it because any paint ripped off by the tape would soon be painted over. We took a short video of Brandon freeing himself. The tape didn't even put up a fight.

Completion Record-#11-Go to St. Louis and Mess Around

There's not much to it. It's not very uncommon. Ryan just did it, and I've done it a couple of times.

Completion Record-#12-All-Nighter

We didn't take any pictures, but all is well. Elizabeth took a ten minute nap, so we think that she can still count it as an all-nighter. We've been playing Wii Fit and I haven't been too terribly tired. I think we'll make it since it's 4:11 now. Elizabeth and Ryan get to sleep all day tomorrow, but Brandon and I will have to work to get our house in good shape tomorrow. I don't know if it helps, but we're drinking cans of Vault, which is basically Mountian Dew. I'll get back to you in the morning if I remember. We're all pretty happy and all is going well.

This is a couple days later. As it turned out, I slept all day and Ryan and Elizabeth had to work in their backyard all day. Elizabeth took a 10 and a 5 minute nap during Friday night, so I don't think it should count, but we'll count it anyway. We had fun and there's not much more to it.

#12-Do An All-Nighter

You know what an All-Nighter is right? If not, it's where you basically stay up "all-night". Yeah, it's pretty self explanatory. Anyway, it's already been scheduled for tonight and I'll get up to date with you on the completion record soon. It should be fun. It's over at Ryan's place. I'll probably be really tired tomorrow, but there is a chance I won't. Hope it goes well! By the way, I couldn't find a smaller picture.

Completion Record-#10-Famous Dave's Barbeque Trash Can Lid Meal

We just went to Famous Dave's, and got it. There isn't much to say, but here's a picture. It's not very good quality becuase it was taken on Ryan's dad's new Samsung phone.

#10-Order Trash Can Lid at Famous Dave's Barbeque

At a food chain called Famous Dave's Barbegue, you can get a ton of meat and fries, etc. on a huge metal trash can lid. We're not going to go as far as eating the whole thing by ourselves, but we'll just order it.
